We knew four elections in one year was going to keep us busy and this week is one of those times! There’s a lot going on! We’ve got our brand new Congresswoman in district this week, holding multiple events and looking to talk to you, her constituents (sign up for tonight’s Town Hall here!) And even though she won the seat less than a month ago, Rep. Mejia is ALSO back on the campaign trail. As our endorsed candidate, NJ 11th for Change needs to be out there supporting her, starting with our Morristown Vote Chase phone bank this Thursday.
There are lots of events over the next few days and weeks so get some rest and make sure you are drinking enough water. We’ve got work to do.
When NJ 11th for Change started way, way back in 2016/17, we wanted one thing - a town hall with our Congressman. We called, we wrote, we visited with baked goods and baby carriages but Rodney wouldn’t hold a town hall.

Now, only two weeks after being sworn in, our new Congresswoman Analilia Mejia is holding her first town hall tonight in Madison, and the second on Friday in Maplewood. When we say transparent, accountable, and responsive this is what we are talking about. Rodney could never.
Holding our reps accountable is part of the work and we hope you will make it to one of Rep. Mejia’s town halls this week. This is what we voted for.

Vote by mail ballots are out and it's time to vote chase!
Join us for a Vote Chase Phone Bank this Thursday, May 7 from 6:00-7:30 pm at our old stomping grounds in Morristown, just up the street from Rodney's office.
Vote Chasing is the easiest and most straightforward phone bank ask--you are talking to voters like us, folks who are planning to vote by mail but just haven't gotten their ballots off their dining room tables yet.
Rep. Analilia Mejia will be stopping by to inspire us and cheer us on, so come early! And then join us across the street at the Frog to toast a job well done!
We bet you are like us, ready to send a message to Trump and his minions that we are so done with how they are destroying our country.
