We know there’s a lot to talk about (debates, shutdowns, interviews with senators about shutdowns, rallies, elections, canvassing).

Are you going to be in Morristown or Montclair? Do you like swag? Sign up to volunteer with us at No Kings and you can help distribute our cool new Mikie stickers and our Power of Us cards while you share election & canvassing info. Drop us a note and tell us you want to help at [email protected].
No Kings is the absolutely perfect opportunity to turn energy into action so we are launching TWO canvasses:
- Morris County - 1pm Saturday, Oct. 18th (following the rally, there will be pizza!)
- Essex County - 9am Sunday, Oct. 19th (there will be coffee & pastries)
Rallies just not your thing? We get it. Don’t miss out on the energy of the day or getting involved making a difference! NJ 11th for Change will ALSO be at the Montclair Farmers’ Market on Sat. Oct. 18! Join us and talk to neighbors about the importance of this election and why we support Mikie Sherrill. There will be swag, games, food, and a good time.
Why not swing by the market on your way to No Kings to meet up with friends and stock up on your rally swag? And we will have our Power of Us posters on hand for you to customize for the rally!
We still need a few more tabling volunteers for Saturday between 10-2! Email Mara if you can help out. Tabling is fun, makes a real impact, and P.S., there will be cider donuts!
Wherever you go this weekend, be safe. Take and share pics on the Facebook page and let’s make sure to turn every rally goer into a VOTER.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action and no civil disobedience. All participants should seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
Metal and wooden posts or poles of any kind are prohibited.
