NJ 11th for Change is proud to endorse Marie DeVenezia, who is running in Ward Two for the Boonton Board of Aldermen.

DeVenezia believes that an elected official must be willing to listen respectfully to a constituent and respond with the desire to build consensus rather than merely trying to “win” the conversation. “We are too strongly focused on that which divides us, and we overlook that which unites us,” she says. Locally, DeVenezia prioritizes filling empty storefronts with new businesses and supporting existing businesses as they regain their footing, improving broadband access and bandwidth in underserved areas, and obtaining Federal relief for state and local governments. DeVenezia also supports measures to ensure election security, protect access to health care, and address unemployment.
